NetworkAuthority Inventory was designed with a focus on extensibility (supports many different types of devices) and ease-of-use (seamless out-of-the-box functionality).
As with any piece of good software, there are configuration, support, troubleshooting, and customization questions that come up from time to time. If you are running NetworkAuthority Inventory in a production environment, you may need a bit of expert advice on a specific problem and not have the time to post to the NetworkAuthority Inventory forums. If NetworkAuthority Inventory is playing a mission-critical role in your organization, it makes sense to have support available just in case.
